The price of your weddings depends on a variety of factors, such as:

  • Will you wed your beloved on a Tuesday or a Saturday? (A Tuesday would be much cheaper.)
  • How many guests will you invite?
  • Which of our packages will you choose, and how will you customize it.

What we can say is that we have done a $3500.00 wedding and we have done a $30,000 wedding – it all depends on your desires and your budget.

A non-refundable $1500.00 deposit is due at the time of booking. Deposits are credited toward your final event balance.

Dominion House offers full in-house catering service with delicious, customizable menus to match your tastes! Outside catering is not permitted.

Health department regulations require that all food an beverages provided must be consumed on the premises.  

Yes, we do allow for you to bring in your wedding cake or cupcakes from a vendor of your choice. We also offer free cake cutting service!

No, Dominion House has the liquor license and is responsible for all liquor served on the premises. For this reason by law, we do not permitted and outside alcohol onto the premises.    

Each wedding is assigned an event coordinator to run the rehearsal, wedding and reception. Your coordinator will be in contact with you for any details leading up to your big day and the day of the event.   

We do allow candles as long as they are encased in glass (i.e. votive or hurricane, etc.) All decorations must be freestanding and not attached to anything. No glitter, confetti, sparklers, party poppers, silly string, etc.)

Absolutely, you can bring in outside vendors of your choice (with the exception of food and beverage). We can also provide you with a list of our highly recommended professionals for each specialty service you may be needing.

Yes, if your guests wish to make room reservations, please have them contact the Front Desk Manger. For other accommodations in the area, please inquire or stop by the front desk for a list of local hotels.

For wedding parties staying at the hotel, two night accommodations are recommended. Regular check out is at 11:00AM  A late check at 1:30PM is available for an additional $95.00 per reservation.  

If you choose to book one night, and would like to reserve the event bridal suite prior to your package contracted time an additional fee of 150.00 per hour is an available option. Outside vendors (Cake, DJ, etc.) can arrive during the original contracted time slot.   

We accept all major credit cards (American Express, Visa, Mastercard and Discover) and cash. You can pay with a check up until two weeks before your event.

Payments for events are as follows:

  • Non Refundable Down Payment – 1500.00 (Due at time of booking)
  • 2nd Payment – 150 days prior to your event)- Minimum guest count with food package, room rent, damage deposit and any specialty items. 
  • Final payment is due 2 weeks prior to your event.

Photography & Cinematography

All photography sessions and photographers (anyone capturing or recording an image by mechanical or digital means (film or video) for commercial, professional, artistic uses, personal wedding/bridal portraits, etc.) are required to make an appointment to use the Dominion House grounds for photography (i.e wedding Photographs, family portraits, senior portraits, engagement photos, maternity portraits, etc.  Photography may not begin until any associated fee is paid in full.
